Healthy lifestyle

Nowadays, many people are busy with their jobs. Most of them do not have a healthy lifestyle. They
usually having their meals outside, especially fast food like KFC, Mac Donald, Pizza Hut and others fast food. Besides, they also lack of doing exercise. These may cause them fall sick easily. What should we do to have a healthy lifestyle?

Firstly, we must do regular exercise. Exercise is very important to our health. It helps us to prevent overweight, stroke and disease. Do regular exercise can improve our muscle strength and we have more energy to do daily activities.

Beside that, having a balance diet is also important. Try to avoid eating too much salty food and sweet. These food may cause diabetes and high blood pressure. Eat more fruits and vegetables because they give us vitamins and help us prevent heart disease.

In addiction, do not smoke. Smoking can cause lung cancer and stroke. Not only smokers have a risk of heart attack but also secondhand smokers. Secondhand smoke contains many harmful chemical that may cause disease when other people inhale. Secondhand smoke greatly increases the risk of heart attack and death.

As a conclusion, we must have a healthy lifestyle so that we can stay healthier and stronger.
